The winners of the 2026 IRIC Next Generation Competition are joining the Institute!

This summer, 12 students have the opportunity to complete a 12- or 16-week research internship at IRIC, in addition to receiving an excellence scholarship.
The 2026 IRIC Next Generation Competition allows undergraduate students to come to IRIC for a research internship during the summer term.
This scholarship program is financially supported by principal investigators and IRIC’s philanthropic funds.
Several research projects are available in a variety of fields, including immunotherapy, cell division, cell signaling, gene expression, stem cells and leukemia, drug discovery, diagnostic tool development, and cell modeling.
