Mrs. Élaine and Mr. Réal Raymond once again show their commitment by donating $100,000 in support of Brian Wilhelm’s research

IRIC is proud to announce a $100,000 donation from Mrs. Élaine and Mr. Réal Raymond in support of Brian Wilhelm’s research in pediatric leukemia.
The couple renews its philanthropic commitment in support of his laboratory research activities, following an initial donation in the same amount in 2015 to the Institute’s Investigator recruitment Fund.
“We are pleased that we have supported Brian Wilhelm’s inspiring research work these past few years in the field of pediatric leukemia. Cancer has deeply affected us, and we feel that we have a duty to support IRIC’s Investigators in the fight against the disease and we consider ourselves fortunate to be able to directly contribute to the cause. Regardless of the amount, we encourage everyone to do their part to guarantee a better future, to support causes that they hold dear, and to leave their mark” said Mr. Raymond.
Mr. and Mrs. Raymond have been contributing to IRIC’s visibility and to its mission for several years. Mr. Raymond was an IRIC Board member from 2008 to 2014, and was also a member of the Finance Committee of the 2015 and 2017 editions of Audacious, IRIC’s annual flagship benefit event.
